The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use are documents where data collecting, data usage and removal, premium and other processes are explained.

Introduction

This document (referred to as "Terms", "ToS" and "Privacy Policy") govern your use of our (the "Developers") Service (The "Website" and "Bot" which can be referred to as "Bolt").

By using the Service, you agree, according to Discord Terms, to be 13 years old or over and to be bound by this document.

We may edit this document at any time and without any announcement/prior notice. We may edit the documentation and the site at any time.

Your use of the Service

We reserve the rights to edit, disable and remove the service at any time. Use of the service may be revoked, modified and/or blocked any time without cause nor announcement.

Do never attempt to farm Bolt XP. If we notice you're doing that, we may block you from earning more XP or from using the bot entirely.

You must not abuse of Bolt Moderation commands for any reason. If any moderator is abusing Bolt Moderation commands, please report them as soon as possible.

Bolt Assets

Unless authorized by us, you are not permitted and do not have the rights to display, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload any Bolt asset for any reason.

All Bolt assets are under copyright.

Data Collecting

By using the Service, you allow us to collect your basic Discord user information, which includes the username, user discriminator, user avatar and user creation date. Any collected data will not and never be uploaded, sold, sent anywhere on the Internet. Collected data will only stay in our databases.

We do not and will never store any personal information.

Disputes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its developers from any claims, disputes, demandes, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees in any way related to your use of the Service and/or your breach of any of these Terms.

If you find a loophole, please do immediately report it to us through the support server.

Data Removal

You may ask us, according to the GDPR and at any time, to entirely remove the data related to you stored in our databases or to have a copy of this data.

Security and Safety

We do care about your safety and security while using the Service. While we work to protect the data stored in our databases, we do not guarantee that unauthorized individuals may defeat our security measures.

You use the Service at your own risk and agree we are not liable for any past, current or future events associated with the Service.

User Conduct Policy

By using the Service, you agree to this Document, Discord's Terms and guidelines and any further community guidelines. Your messages, guilds, accounts can not and will never violate this Document or Discord's Terms. You are not allowed, in any way, to exploit or abuse the Service or use it to promote racism, illegal activity, bullying, harassment, intimidation, NSFW content, spam, junk, abusive or profane language or any kind of violence.

You are not allowed to upload or transmit (including attempts) anything that may harm any other user of the Service through the Service itself.
